Rooted in Truth: Meditation Series

Daily Practice as the Antidote to Anxiety

November 1-December 27, 2017

registration is closed for this course but if you would like to participate in something similar, please email and tell her what you need.

Are you overwhelmed by experiences of fear, agitation or uncertainty? A thriving daily meditation practice is the most effective way to return to a reliable sense of steadiness, ease and trust. This course gives you resources for establishing a meditation practice that you truly love to maintain.

The process is simple.

Join me via video call every Wednesday, 7am EST

I will lead a guided meditation (typically about 20 minutes long), then give a brief talk about how to continue your practice through the week and answer questions from the group. We will wrap by 7:40am.

Don't worry if you can't make the live meetings. Each one will be recorded and available for replay.

When we're anxious, even small decisions can feel overwhelming. So I am making this super simple and extremely affordable:

$20.17 for the whole series

(Normally this kind of thing would be more like $90-180!) This amount is your commitment to show up for the end of 2017 as your best self.

Now. Let's drop out of the mind, where the anxious energy tends to gather. Close your eyes and take a deep breath in and out of your heart. Ask yourself: "Would this be helpful for me?" If the answer is yes, click the button below.

And if your heart sent up the name or face of a loved one. Forward this on to them!

Q: What if I can't join the live sessions 7am EST on Wednesday mornings?
A: Every session will be recorded so that you can participate at any time.

Q: How much time will I need to commit each week?
A: 40 minutes per week to take in the video sessions with Aaron + 5-20 minutes per day for your own meditation practice + 20-60 minutes per week for contemplation and other complimentary practices. (Aaron will be presenting variations to suit your unique needs and lifestyle and offering guidance around how to weave the practices into your life without adding more anxiety)

Q: What if I'm totally new to meditation?
A: This will be a perfect intro!

Q: What if I already have a regular meditation practice?
A: This is a great chance to refresh it and make sure that your practice is still rooted in your deepest values, still lifting you toward your highest goals.
